This includes our pollinator buddies, so I'd like to share a tip on how to make a bee hotel— the perfect location for bees to relax their wings. Bee hotels help lure solitary bees to assist in pollinating your yard and garden. Although these bees aren’t the same types of bees that make honey, they are just as crucial to the environment. You will need to take off the label of a clean, empty tin can. Next, use a nail file, smooth out any sharp edges. Measure and cut thirty pieces of a paper bag ensuring they are about 5-6.5 centimeters (2-2.5 inches) wide and as long as the can’s height. Next, roll the pieces of paper lengthwise and place them in the can until it’s completely filled. Lastly, use twine or string to hang the can in a bright spot in your yard. The bee hotel is now ready to house tenants! Just sit back and watch your garden flourish!

Hallo brothers and sisters of the Supreme Master TV team, I want to share through this email, following the recommendations of Supreme Master Ching Hai, to grow our own vegetables and plants at home. I took a free course here in Brazil, and a very kind young lady gave us tips on how to start planting microgreens, which are grown in small trays and can be picked to eat in salads or placed on top of rice, in the most pleasant way possible for everyone. Substrate is easy to find and mix. Organic seeds are also easy to find in agricultural products stores. To make the ideal substrate, it is good to mix: Terra preta (black earth): vegetable or peat, or humus, to mix and make the perfect substrate soil for microgreens. Compost soil is also excellent. I’m going to do another course on lighting. The microgreens have to stay in a hibernation period that lasts from two to three days, and then stay on a balcony where the sun doesn’t hit the trays directly.
