“Actually, being initiated today doesn’t mean that once it’s finished, everyone is at the same level. Not everyone becomes a great teacher immediately; there are many levels of enlightenment. It depends on our backgrounds or past experiences. […]

The more diligent we are in practicing, the more enlightened we become. Therefore, as Master has taught, there are many levels of enlightenment, ranging from the lowest level up to the highest point, which we call Buddhahood. This is enlightenment at the perfect level. Each person will spend a different amount of time to achieve it. The Buddha spent about six years practicing to reach the level of Buddhahood. Various great Teachers in this world, Whom we have heard of as great Teachers, have spent varying amounts of time practicing in order to reach this peak. We are no different. Say, we know the way to practice, have the direct line, and understand the principles that will help us ascend, then ultimately, we can succeed. […]

Actually, the ability to reach the Buddha level, as the Buddha Himself clearly stated, is inherent within each of us. We simply say that we all possess this Power and have the ability to reach it. Therefore, many of the Buddha’s disciples were able to achieve enlightenment after studying directly with the Buddha Himself. Consequently, in striving towards a particular goal we set, it is essential to have a great Teacher or mentor to guide and advise us on how to proceed. […]

Its purpose or principle is the transmission of Dharma (True Teaching). This Dharma transmission is a transmission without using language, without using words. Therefore, it is meditation. Then Master will help open our minds to see this. Master compares initiation to realizing we already possess the Treasure. We have it in our hands, and within ourselves, but we don’t know where it is. It might be in a room with the key locked inside. And we’ve never taken it out to use. Master’s role isn’t just about imparting Power or influence, but rather guiding us to become enlightened. […]”
