Rob Greenfield is an American adventurer, environmental activist, and humanitarian. In 2014, Mr. Greenfield decided to step out of the consumer-orientated world most of us in, and live in a tiny 4.6 sq. m. home, where he was mostly self-sustaining. Living in the service of others is living in the service of yourself. Because talk to anybody who lives in the service of others and you will see they are a lot of the healthiest, happiest people on earth. So if your goal in life is to be happy and healthy, live in service of others.
