Here is a tip on how to extend the lifespan of your kettle. Many people are unaware that limescale—a harmless, chalky, white residue— builds up in appliances that utilize water like kettles, coffee machines, dishwashers, and washing machines. The issue with limescale deposits in a kettle is it can spoil the taste of hot drinks such as tea or coffee. Additionally, it causes corrosion to the elements which shorten the lifespan of the kettle. The accumulation of limescale also reduces the energy efficiency of a kettle, which means it will take longer to heat up water thus requiring more energy and money. You can descale your kettle by this natural, inexpensive and effective method using citric acid. Just fill your kettle with water a quarter of the way up, then boil it and add citric acid. Let it sit for twenty minutes, longer if there are more limescale deposits. Once it has cooled, rinse the contents away. You will notice immediate results afterwards and will be satisfied with how sparkling the kettle is!

A wife went to the doctor’s office for a consultation.
“Doctor, please help my husband. I think he’s deaf.”
“How long has it been?”
“Since today.”
“How do you know for sure?”
“He went with me to the clothes store this morning. When the saleslady said the price of a dress I was buying, my husband’s face should have turned pale with fright, but he was still smiling.”

At the end of May 2020, a fellow initiate came to me for help. He heard of me by word of mouth as to my medical expertise. He had serious dysfunctions in many parts of his body: eye disorder, upper limb movement disorder, and sometimes even difficulty in speaking. During the time I was treating him, I immediately suffered from severe stomach upset, nausea and vomiting, and severe pain in my eyes. The pain was indescribable!
Through my inner vision, I knew that it was caused by the karma passing on to me during the treatment. The symptoms lasted for two days and nights without any improvement. Master’s merciful transcendental body appeared to tell me that I must have an operation in the hospital immediately. Otherwise, my eyesight would be lost!
I rushed to a hospital and someone incidentally gave up his ophthalmology appointment. I was hospitalized in time. The subsequent examinations made me suffer for an even longer period of time. During this most tormenting time, again Master’s transcendental body came to encourage me to persist on. She sang “I Will Forever Love You” to comfort me.
Finally, the doctor concluded that I had glaucoma and needed an operation to replace the corneas in both eyes. The root cause of the disease was because when I treated the patient, I carried his negative karma created by his heavy consumption of ants and grasshoppers (for medicinal purpose) before he was initiated! As expected, normally this type of operation only needs 15 to 20 minutes to complete by skilled doctors, but my operation lasted for more than two hours and still was not finished! The operation seemed unsuccessful. I had to ask Master for help. Instantly, Master’s benevolent transcendental body came to bless me, with countless Heavenly gods, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas filling the sky to protect me. The vision I saw at that time was beyond description in human language. To put it simply, there was extremely bright Light with all kinds of gorgeous colors…Immersed in this extraordinary Blessing, I comforted and encouraged the doctor to do it boldly…The doctor finally completed the operation successfully!
After the operation, it was very inconvenient for me to move around with both of my eyes covered by bandages. People who looked after me sometimes fell asleep due to exhaustion. Incredibly, Master’s transcendental body appeared in physical form to support me to walk to the toilet at midnight. Without God’s Grace and the Blessing of Master, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and my merits derived from practicing the Quan Yin Method, I could not have cleared the karma that I had taken on from others simply by a regular medical operation, especially such a very heavy killing karma like this time. Meanwhile, I’ve deeply understood the ruthless law of Cause and Effect and the cruel law of impermanency in this mundane world. On one side, there’s eternal glory, and on the other side is the misery of impermanency. I hope more and more beings can quickly take the precious opportunity in billions of kalpas and follow our Great Master to walk resolutely toward Glory! Ji-Guang from China
