Potential sources include furnaces, kerosene heaters, vehicles in garages and heating devices. Ensure annual servicing of your heating system and other fuel-burning appliances and prevent gas exposure by installing a digital carbon monoxide detector at home if you use any of these. Avoid using indoor chemical heaters and never warm-up your car in an enclosed space. When operating a gas-powered generator, place it in a well-ventilated area. Maintain a safe distance (more than seven meters or 20 feet) between generators and living spaces by using long extension cords. Keep vents debris-free for proper air circulation and seek immediate medical attention if you experience symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning, such as dizziness or nausea.

Hallo, respected and beloved Supreme Master TV team, I recently joined the animal-people rights organization “Anonymous for the Voiceless.” We promote clear information about animal-people rights on the streets to help passersby understand the true reality of the animal-people livestock industry.
When we played the videos of animal-people on farms, in slaughterhouses, and laboratories, the crowd stopped in front of the television to watch, their eyes filled with astonishment and occasional uneasiness and avoidance. Most of them were in shock and confused. They never even knew that behind their consumption behaviors, they actually supported this kind of cruel industrial chain. Some automatically stepped forward, trying to understand further; some shed tears on the spot; some passersby said that they had known such things before, but only on that day they saw it so clearly for the first time, and they wanted to know how to change their lifestyle.
After the event, I went home to recharge myself (meditate), but I had a very distinct dream: Our current working staff and a group of people unknown to us were working together on an even larger street and continuing the effort to promote… The dark mass of crowds was moving and moving in a hurry. Just when I felt a bit disheartened, I looked up at the sky and saw a bright Light right above our group, revealing the pattern of the Loving Hut Logo steadily and clearly. When I woke up, I watched Master’s latest teachings. Supreme Master Ching Hai has been sparing no effort to work. Though being exhausted physically and mentally, She’s still thankful, for there is still an opportunity to remind more people to elevate people’s consciousness.
