Here is a salad preparation tip for you. Iceberg lettuce is versatile, adding a delightful crunch and freshness to a variety of dishes. To effectively prepare it, hold the lettuce firmly with two hands and pound the core on a cutting board or bench to loosen it. Transfer the lettuce to one hand and twist the core with the other to remove it whole. Separate the leaves and thoroughly rinse them under cold running water before drying them in a salad spinner. Iceberg lettuce leaves bruise easily, so it is better to tear them rather than chop them with a knife for the best results.

Dear Beloved Master and respected Supreme Master TV team,
After recently seeing a heartline message from a fellow initiate, I picked up my pen amidst feelings of frustration. Although Master has already answered it, I am compelled to share my thoughts in this letter as well, as a fellow initiate.
As Master has said, we have many other tasks to do. If we really want to dedicate our lives to Master, there are many ways to do so. Even at this very moment, there are fellow practitioners dedicated to Supreme Master Television, and many others around the world striving in various ways towards Master’s grand mission of World Vegan and World Peace. From participating in vegan protests in the streets and handing out flyers promoting the vegan lifestyle, to volunteering to help those in need, there are so many things we can do in this world. And yet, the reality is that there’s always a shortage of manpower for such endeavors.
We can truly say that we are serving Master when we join in Master’s noble mission with all our capabilities and time. Only when we have devoted everything we’ve been given can we finally say we have done our part. Through this letter, I would like to call upon those around the world who share the same convictions to once again give their best. That will be the only way for us, as disciples, to repay the Grace of our Ultimate Master.
