To begin the Evening of Poetry and Music – Traces of Previous Lives and Love Songs for the Homeland. Writers, artists, television stations, radio stations, newspapers, and friends, have wholeheartedly helped, encouraged, and widely promoted this “Evening of Poetry and Music – Traces of Previous Lives and Love Songs for the Homeland.” Poetry and music forever remain the essence of life, capable of helping us go beyond the limitations of human existence, go beyond the physical world full of ignorance and misconceptions, and guide people back to their true selves – where we perceive our God Nature amid myriad karmic bonds.

Ladies and gentlemen, Supreme Master Ching Hai once said that artists and writers are half-saints. Their contributions and sacrifices make human life richer in more aspects than we can possibly imagine. Therefore, a number of writers and artists and the press have wholeheartedly supported us in making today’s program, “An Evening of Poetry and Music,” possible, and the profits will be a humble token of love for our unfortunate brothers and sisters back home. Hopefully, the poetic verses, song lyrics, and music of these sacred moments will continue to resonate in each of your hearts, now and forever, like the same heartfelt longings for harmony and eternity in a peaceful world.

And next, we have an introduction for Professor Trần Văn Ân. He was also one of the administrators of the Vietnam Theater Company. This theater company debuted in 1996. “Four months ago, two disciples of the Zen Master (Supreme Master Ching Hai), Kiều Loan and Thái Tú Hòa gave me five volumes of Supreme Master Ching Hai poetry, accompanied by five CDs of Wu Tzu 1 and 2, Traces of Previous Lives Volume 1, 2 and 3, and wanted me to read and comment. It is because of what Kiều Loan said, and because the love poems of Supreme Master Ching Hai are from a spiritual practitioner, these poems sparked my mundane curiosity, and I will present to you today the entire realm of Supreme Master Ching Hai’s poetry.”
