So, I think that’s been a huge benefit to me for my specific sport of body building, but for other types of athletes as well, like, if you’re competing in team sports like soccer or rugby, things like that. There can be a lot of benefit too to eating a plant-based diet, because it’s a very anti-inflammatory diet, it’s very nutrient dense diet, and so you can actually recover more quickly from your training and practices.
