I have always insisted our children go to bed early and get a good night’s sleep, and today’s tip tells you why. Research shows that children who go to bed early tend to have healthier, more diverse gut microbiota. Conducted by the Department of Child Rehabilitation in China, the study examined 88 children aged two to 14. Over two weeks, half of the children consistently went to sleep before 9:30 pm, while the rest stayed up later. Findings revealed that children with earlier bedtimes had a greater presence of beneficial gut microbes and a lower presence of harmful ones. This microbial diversity, a key factor in overall health, underscored the link between sleep patterns and gut health. Additionally, previous research has shown that sufficient sleep supports better academic performance, physical growth, and healthier body mass index (BMI) levels. Sleep early and sleep well.

Now, it’s time to grab some guffaw remedy as the joke of the day has appeared. It’s called “Sitting Yoga.”

A man had been trying yoga for a few weeks. His friend asked him:

“So, how is your yoga class going?”

“Oh, it’s the most peaceful, relaxing thing ever.”

“Really? It looks hard to me with all those difficult postures you have to do.”

“It’s true. They are very difficult and strenuous and some are almost impossible to do.”

“Then how is it peaceful and relaxing?”

“Well, that comes at the end of class when I get to sit down.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Dina in Egypt
