In today’s news, Education Cannot Wait assists refugee students in Congo, prolonged drought in England may continue beyond spring 2023, Belgium artist’s nature-inspired large public light sculpture debuts in Saudi Arabia, Japanese researchers speed up plant growth with film that converts UV light to red light, surfers save man on beach in Virginia, USA, new report forecasts big rise in vegan plant-based meats, and Rewilding Europe returns black cinereous vulture-, bovine-, wild horse- and other animal-people species to Spain.

Education Cannot Wait supports refugee students in Congo.

The United Nations global fund Education Cannot Wait (ECW) contributed US$2 million to the First Emergency Response grant, to help children and youth from refugee and host communities in the Nord-Ubangi region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to participate in national education programs. In collaboration with the government, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) implemented the first round of the program last year and enrolled 8,000 refugee students from the Central African Republic in public schools. With the new funding, more students will have access to a quality full-cycle education system, that fosters a protective learning environment and promotes social cohesion. Thank you, ECW, UNHCR, and the government of DRC, for your determination to improve the lives of young people through education. In God’s protective Embrace, may talented youngsters strive to reach their full potential and make positive contributions to their nation.

Ongoing drought in England may extend beyond spring 2023.

In a recent meeting, the National Drought Group (NDG) in England has forecast that low to average rainfall levels over winter this year will extend the country’s drought conditions past the spring of 2023. Distressingly, a record hot and dry summer has already led to months of parched agricultural land and water usage restrictions for millions of residents. Dry conditions extending beyond winter would cause greater hardships for farmers and stricter water-saving measures. Sir James Bevan, NDG’s chair and Chief Executive of the Environment Agency, said, “Our lives, livelihoods and nature all depend on one thing – water. Climate change and population growth mean we need to take action now to ensure we have enough over the coming decades to manage everyday supplies, and more intense drought events.” Our appreciation for the urgent and concerning warnings, Sir James Bevan and NDG. To avoid the wide-ranging negative impacts of global warming, may everyone embrace the climate-smart vegan way now, in God’s illuminating Light. Vegan: cos we came from Heaven.

Up next, Belgium artist’s large, nature-inspired light sculpture debuts in Saudi Arabia. We will take a moment to thank plant scientists, who study ways to take care of plants as well as how to increase the production and nutritional value of crops. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more helping news.

Hallo, cheerful friends, how are you today? I’m Caden, a vegan cook from the Rock Ptarmigan kingdom! If we want to experience more innocence and purity in our lives, then it’s essential to cherish all beings on the planet. This is one of the reasons why the light-radiating plant-based path is so important! Here is a cooking tip for you. Making pan-fried king oyster mushrooms is simple and tasty, and the best part is it only takes five minutes! Start by adding 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 grams) of salt, 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 grams) of ground black pepper and 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 grams) of cumin to a small pan and cook it over low heat until aromatic. Then, slice four medium-sized cleaned king oyster mushrooms into two- to three-centimeter-thick pieces and make several cross-line cuts on one side of them. Next, pour some oil into another pan and add in the mushrooms. Using medium heat, fry one side until they have slightly browned and then flip them over and fry the other side. They should be cooked slowly; the entire process should take approximately 3-5 minutes. Serve the mushrooms on a plate and season them with the spice mix. You can also use 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 grams) of chili sauce as another dipping option. Thank you for your attention. And love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet, thus save the world! Now, the global weather.

Large public light sculpture revealed in Saudi Arabian desert.

With the goal of reflecting nature’s beauty, Belgian artist Arne Quinze created the sculpture “Oasis.” It was inspired by his wildflower garden and is named after the desert oasis, where life can be found in an otherwise dry and arid region. The artwork is made from aluminum and LED lights and is 32 meters wide and 16 meters high. “Oasis” was displayed in the desert north of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the annual Noor Riyadh Festival in November 2022. It was one of more than 120 installations by 100 artists, representing 40 countries, that were exhibited. Mr. Quinze hopes his sculpture will remind the public of the importance of balancing nature and modern living. He explained, “Since my birth in 1971, more than 30% of our flora and fauna has disappeared because of our human intervention. I see it as my duty as an artist to… inspire you to join me in rethinking our society and empowering nature.” Kudos, Arne Quinze, on your beautiful sculpture that helps convey the important message about preserving nature. May global citizens unite as one in determined action to keep our planet, in God’s Mercy.

Japanese researchers accelerate plant growth with light converting film.

A team of researchers from Hokkaido University have created a coating from an earth-metal called europium, that can be used on clear plastic sheets like those covering greenhouses. The thin-film converts ultraviolet light to red light, thus speeding up plant growth. In months when the Sun was less intense, there was a 20% increase in the height of the plants, and 40% more biomass. Japanese larch seedlings also showed a 20% increase in stem diameter, and could be planted out into the forest in one year as opposed to two. Congratulations, researchers from Hokkaido University, on your advancement to increase the speed at which plants grow. In the blessings of Heaven, may your research help to improve food security around the world, as you develop technology for the benefit of all.

Two surfers save man on the beach.

Donna Rowan and her husband Todd were taking a walk along the beach in Virginia, USA, when he fell and his face started to turn blue. Mrs. Rowan called out, “God, please help Todd.” Tyler Volpe, a physician assistant, was surfing when he heard her cries. He immediately came ashore and rushed to the scene, where he teamed up with fellow surfer and healthcare worker Paul Roy. The pair took turns administering chest compressions and breathing into Mr. Rowan’s mouth until ambulance staff arrived. He was taken to hospital and underwent successful heart surgery. Donna Rowan posted on social media: “We give glory to God as He had us in a place where Todd could receive immediate help.” High five and thanks, Tyler Volpe, Paul Roy, and all involved, in saving Todd Rowan’s life. Wishing him a smooth recovery and many years of good health, in Celestial glory. “Vegan: ‘Love thy enemy,’ how abt our friends the animal-people? ”

Coming up, new report forecasts big rise in vegan plant-based meat sector. Let’s take a moment to thank the scholars, who recorded all the wise and ancient truths of the past enlightened masters to pass on to future generations. We’ll be right back with more giving news here on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Beautiful News for an Incredible World.

Report predicts a large increase in vegan plant-based meats.

A recent report published by United States-based Allied Market Research has projected a big increase in the vegan plant-based meat market by 2031. In 2021 the worldwide vegan plant-based meat market was valued at US$5.3 billion, and that figure is forecast to rise to US$33.3 billion by 2031. The successful growth of the industry is attributed to manufacturers making products that replicate the look and taste of their animal-people based counterparts. The paper also revealed a huge rise in veganism and sales of vegan plant-based meats during the pandemic. Tempeh products proved to be the most popular on the market in 2021, capturing almost 60% of global sales. Soy also came in at the top of the list of sources for creating mock meats, with pea protein expected to have the biggest growth in the near future. Great news, Allied Market Research. In Heaven’s Care and Shelter, we pray that all animal-people-based foods are replaced with peace-filled alternatives, as the world moves ever closer to being a vegan Earth.

Netherlands-based non-profit Rewilding Europe sees encouraging results in latest rewilding endeavor.

The Iberian Highlands Rewilding Landscape project is the 10th such initiative in Europe and its first in Spain. Extending over 850,000 hectares, the purpose is to return the area to nature as well as developing sustainable tourism. The project has already released a herd of bovine-people in an attempt to replicate aurochs, a now-extinct ancient wild bovine species. In addition, cinereous vulture-persons and semi-wild horse-individuals have been relocated to the land, with the first foal born already, and more planned releases in the future. Later, Iberian lynx-people, which were on the most endangered list 20 years ago and have grown from 100 to over 1,000 in Spain and Portugal thanks to conservation efforts, will be added to the fauna of the region. Good job, Rewilding Europe. We wish you great success in your efforts to help re-balance nature, our animal friends and humans in the rejuvenating love of the Providence.

The hilarity pen has already written a joke for us to enjoy, so let’s check it out. It’s entitled, “Insomnia.”

A lazy man seeks medical treatment for insomnia…

“OK, sir. I understand you wanted to see me for insomnia. So, how long does it take for you to fall asleep at night? And how long do you sleep?”

“I fall asleep as soon as I get into bed at night and sleep deeply until dawn.”

“OK, but then why do you think you have insomnia?”

“Yes, I do have insomnia, because I struggle to fall asleep while working in the daytime.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Ming-Hua in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

I remember during the 7-day retreat at Sandimen, Pingtung, in 1993, we meditated on the banks of a river surrounded by streams. One evening, Master was about to come out to give a lecture. I suddenly looked up at the sky and found that the scattered stars all formed a circle above the river bank. I was so amazed! The stars and the Moon gathered to listen to Master’s lecture, and when it was finished, they scattered again to fill the sky. After that, I often looked up at the sky. If I saw the stars and the Moon gathering above the river bank again, I knew that Master was coming out to give a lecture. If Master didn’t come out that day, the stars and the Moon wouldn’t gather.

When a living Master gives a lecture, all beings in the Universe cherish it so much. They won’t miss the discourses of a great enlightened Master. Thank You, Master, for descending to the world to liberate the souls in the Shadow Universe. Being able to get initiation and become Your disciple, I feel that I’m the luckiest one in the whole Universe! Ming-Hua from Taiwan (Formosa)

Luminous Ming-Hua, Heartlines like yours remind us how grand our Master is and how powerful Her lectures are for so many beings to want to attend them. We thank you greatly for reminding us how extremely lucky we are to have been accepted to study with Her. With initiation, the chance to cut ties with our past lives’ karma and escape the wheel of incessant reincarnation is truly the greatest gift any being could ever receive. May you and all your devoted Taiwanese (Formosan) co-citizens continue to be surrounded by eternal Divine Love through the Mercy of the Master Power, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. We are happy to relay these blessed words from our Beloved Savior: “Kindhearted Ming-Hua, sometimes I wish that humans would be as eager to learn as the Moon and stars! People are so entangled in maintaining their materialistic comfort and preconceived ideas that they fail to recognize the value of a Master’s teachings. It may take hundreds of years or longer for a Master to descend to this physical world and so many lifetimes to develop affinities with its inhabitants. Thus, humankind should, at the very least, listen to the messages brought down to them from Heaven. I pray that all open up to the Master Power and actively seek spiritual enlightenment, our foremost purpose. May Heaven’s Grace cascade over you and earnest Taiwan (Formosa) like a gentle waterfall flowing into a riverbed in the sparkling sunlight.”
