The first step that someone can take to living a simpler life. I think the first step is a step that feels right to you. Something that you feel like you can do right now. And for each person that could be totally different. For some people, maybe they feel like they could move to a more plant-based diet tomorrow and it would feel great and it would feel right. For some people maybe they feel like they could start their bike more. Some people feel like, they could fund a local organization. Maybe they have a lot of extra money and they could fund a local organization that can feed tens of thousands of people.
