Creativity and love of life are main components of indigenous living and are often channeled through masterful craftworks. Aboriginal art carries important messages about the local and shared knowledge of the natural environment, as well as symbols representing their traditions, ceremonies and spiritual insights. Indigenous peoples have shown unique adaptability to non-indigenous culture while still retaining their own, and many have become notable and influential in a variety of professions.
