As winter cold was felt throughout Taiwan (Formosa), disadvantaged populations such as those without shelter became the most vulnerable. With heartfelt concern, Supreme Master Ching Hai has always reminded our Association members to locate and assist these less fortunate people. During the months of November and December 2023, our Association’s relief teams in Taiwan (Formosa) sought to bring warmth and comfort to both humans and animal-persons in need.
