While I was sitting there, I heard Music which was loud and melodious. It was very loud above my head. And after that, my brain, my head, seemed to expand and then contract again. And afterwards, there was a feeling of euphoria as if my body didn’t exist. That euphoria, I don’t know how to describe it with words. Because it is a feeling that is hard to put into words. After that, during my meditation, I always hear the (inner Heavenly) Sounds from within. Every day when I meditated, I felt happy with the beautiful (inner Heavenly) Music I heard. […] In addition to the small inner experiences mentioned, after I meditated, my health improved a lot. […] Even though some say that skinny people can’t eat vegan food because they’ll get even skinnier, it’s not true at all. I became vegan and I gained a few kilos.
