Mr. Lin Wen-Shan is a senior vegan chef in Formosa with 20 years of experience. Chef Lin is good at using seasonal ingredients to make traditional dishes. Trough fruit and vegetable carving techniques, Chef Lin has made food preparation a beautiful artistic process. April 3rd is the International Artist Day. It is our honor to have Chef Lin here to present you five sets of fruit carvings, symbolizing the arrival of five blessings.
