Today, I have some helpful meditation tips from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan):

“Hi there cool kids. It’s good that you’ve learned to meditate to remember God. It’s easier at an early age to cultivate ENLIGHTENMENT including virtues, goodness, protection, and Divine Power by knowing God, who is the source of all that you worship and search for – which is inherent within you!

You know by now that the Quan Yin Method is the best and fastest for all that. Whatever method you happen to select otherwise, first please ask your mentor whether He/She is highly enlightened, and can pass on the LIGHT to you AT ONCE?? Simply because GOD IS LIGHT and enLIGHTenment means enLIGHTed. So you should see the LIGHT IMMEDIATELY at the time of transmission. Remember this. It’s of the utmost importance if you want to reach God in this lifetime.

It also helps to still your mind, conserve and replenish energy, harness concentration power, restore your strength, repair physical fitness and add on intelligence, etc... Congratulations, smart sports! Vegan food is a must-help for all this too.

Just be sure you do it as instructed by your mentor! Sit straight, upright and concentrate well; keep warm, or at a comfy temperature; and in a quiet place if you can. Sit on the floor with a cushion, it’s good; on a large bed, in the middle, is OK too. You must not sit on a narrow bed or similar to avoid falling down from a height that could hurt you, in case you may be rather tired sometimes, and could fall asleep. Enjoy then the Divine’s Blessing and overall wellness. God Loves you good kids!”

Our appreciation, Master, for reminding us of the benefits of meditation and some key ways to keep our practice stable and thriving. We love You!
