We offer our heartfelt prayers to The United Utmost Powerful Trinity and to all the 33 categories of Deities, Gods and Goddesses, and Divine Beings, praying that Your campaign for World Vegan, World Peace may be fulfilled as soon as possible, and that Your physical, mental, and spiritual bodies may always be protected and blessed.

O Gurudev! You have renounced all worldly comforts and pleasures, moved by boundless compassion and mercy, descended into this ocean of existence for the salvation and liberation of all sentient beings. What could we helpless beings ever possess that would be enough to repay the immeasurable Grace and great Benevolence You have bestowed upon us? Yet, through Your boundless Grace, these feelings have blossomed within my heart, filled with profound love and devotion for You. Gathering these heartfelt emotions into this humble little poem, I feel immensely blessed and deeply fortunate to have the opportunity, on this sacred occasion of “Supreme Master Ching Hai Day,” to offer it at Your Lotus Feet as a humble flower of reverence, love, and gratitude. It goes as follows:

My body brims, my spirit sways in bliss untold, this restless, wandering heart has found in You its hold...! Every pore of me now trembles, thrilled to the core, unknowing why, this heart has fallen in love with You evermore...!

The grime of lifetimes’ karma, with waters of devotion I wash it clean away, and in this heart, I enshrine the Guru Who shows the Way...!

Seeking peace of soul, so many wander lost through shrine and temple’s door, yet all four sacred abodes lie at the True Guru’s feet, and nowhere more...!

With selfless love and nothing asked, I lay this floral tribute of reverence at Your Lotus Feet, To the True Guru Who opens the inner eye, I bow again and again, complete...!

P.S. Gurudev! While I was writing this heartline, just this morning — on August 26, 2026 — a great natural disaster has occurred in our country, Nepal. Due to high environmental temperatures, a glacier resting atop a mountain burst, and the resulting flood swept away many settlements located in the valleys and gorges below, causing enormous loss of life and property. Thousands of people are missing, and thousands more are homeless. The bodies of people and animal-people can be seen being carried along everywhere by the floodwaters. Today I am reminded of how, 15–20 years ago, we distributed nearly 50–60 thousand flyers on global warming and Alternative Living in various parts of the country. Seeing events unfold before my very eyes just as we had warned back then fills my heart with deep sorrow. But in such a situation, what can we do besides pray?
