As a little girl,she loved animals and wanted to become a veterinarian sp that she could spend all of her time with the animals.However, God had designed another path for her. As aa grown-up now; what she dose not only saves many animals'lives but also defends the health of the people and the Earth. Chef AJ has been devoted to plant-based living for almost forty years. Though, after following a vegan diet for twenty-six years but not in the healthiest way, Chef AJ was obese and her health status was a concern. After researching nutrition from plants and a whole-food plant-based diet, she started to regain control over her health and her weight and knew she was on the right track.
