Ogni giorno dovreste pregare comunque, prima di meditare. "Per favore, sostenete la mia determinazione spirituale. Per favore, o Cieli datemi la "Dio Onnipotente, Esseri Cosmici Benevoli, tutte le Divinità, Divinità Potenti, Divinità Possenti, aiutatemi a sostenere la mia resistenza spirituale, a sostenere il mio ideale, ad aiutarmi ad essere forte, a continuare ad aiutare gli altri." (Sì, Maestra.) Così. Questa è una preghiera prima. E dopo dite: "Grazie, per tutto l'aiuto".

In questo mondo è più facile praticare e migliorare perché ci sono persone che soffrono, ci sono animali che soffrono, ci sono situazioni di sofferenza, ci sono delle situazioni imperfette che toccano la nostra compassione, che risveglieranno il nostro cuore misericordioso, e così lo possiamo impiegare, migliorare, per migliorare la situazione, aiutare gli altri. Ecco come creiamo il Paradiso. Ecco quando diciamo il Paradiso sulla Terra.

So, don’t be proud of anything that you do, because we are zero here. Whatever we do, without the grace of Heaven, without the grace of initiation, whatever you do is all sin. Don’t ever be proud that you are vegan, vegetarian, or raw or whatever you eat or not eat.
