I’d like to share a cool cooking tip from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai. “You can make a quick spread of your extra tomatoes before they rot. Just have them washed and finely chopped. With a little heated cooking oil in a pot, fry them till cooked. Add salt, ground black pepper, soya sauce, soya cream (or Vegenaise (vegan mayonnaise), and vegan seasoning to your taste, plus chopped coriander and basil leaves or other of your favorite herbs, fresh or dry. This spread can be on toast, a French baguette, accompany noodles or rice, hot or cold. Yum yum. Enjoy! God loves you kids!”

This looks sooo delicious! Thanks so much, Supreme Master Ching Hai. Our forever love to You.
