A Salty, Crunch Dish: Vegan Air-friend Zucchini

Today, I’d like to share my favorite recipe on how to prepare vegan air-fried zucchini. This dish will allow you to eat nutritiously while fulfilling your salty, crunchy cravings. First, chop a large zucchini into quarter-inch (0.65 centimeter) thick rounds. Then lay them out on a clean towel and sprinkle one-fourth teaspoon (1.5 grams) of salt on top. Allow them to sit for approximately five minutes. Next, pat the pieces dry using an absorbent towel. In a bowl, toss the zucchini together with an additional one-fourth teaspoon (1.5 grams) of salt, 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) of olive oil and any other dried herbs you prefer, like rosemary or marjoram.

Then place them all into an air fryer basket or on a baking sheet. Cook the zucchini at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until all the pieces have browned at the edges and are tender. Serve these lovely nuggets hot and drizzle 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) of lemon juice on top. Your guests will be coming back for more!
